Engineered to collect less.
Vaid MD uses structured inputs such as age range, sex, symptom selections, and duration so physicians document what matters clinically while we keep stored inputs aligned with a de-identified workflow.
Privacy by design
We didn't start with a privacy policy. We started with a system designed to need as little data as clinically possible.
Vaid MD uses structured inputs such as age range, sex, symptom selections, and duration so physicians document what matters clinically while we keep stored inputs aligned with a de-identified workflow.
Every input, every output, and every session is stored exclusively on Canadian servers in alignment with PIPEDA and provincial privacy standards.
Vaid MD does not collect patient names, exact dates of birth, health card numbers, addresses, or other direct identifiers. Physicians use de-identified clinical workflows by design.

Vaid MD is a clinical decision support tool intended for use by licensed physicians. It does not constitute medical advice and does not replace clinical judgment. Physicians retain full responsibility for all diagnostic and treatment decisions.
Built by a Canadian founder who believed that in medicine, the strongest privacy guarantee isn't a promise. It's a system that was designed to need as little as possible from the start.
